All about Links to Learning
Links to Learning is located at the Quinte Bible Chapel, 188 Victoria Ave.
Links is open Mondays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Besides the reading program, Links has other literacy programs as well as a large resource library on children's medical disorders.
